This set is currently my favourite stamp set as it has endless possibilities in color combinations. It was Pam’s birthday last week and I made this card for her.
Layered onto the Whisper White card base is a piece of Raspberry Ripple (In Colors just retired). On the Whisper White image piece I stamped two of the images in Raspberry Ripple and Old Olive. Both colors were stamped full strength and then stamped a second time without reinking to give it the different shades of color.
While this was one of the first sets I ordered from the new catalogue, I haven’t used it that much, so I came up with this one also using the Hexagon Hive framelit.
With the co-ordinating Baby’s First framelits it so easy to cute out all the shapes. While the stamp set and framelits are available individually, the best buy is for the bundle with a 15% savings.
The base card stock is Pistachio Pudding with a layer of the Lullaby DSP as a mat for the Whisper White hexagon hive. The little pieces were stamped with Pistachio Pudding, Crisp Cantaloupe and Strawberry Slush. The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes that I stamped using the Stamp-A-Ma Jig to place the words vertically so that the card stock could be punched with the Hexagon punch. All the pieces were attached to the Hexagon piece with dimensionals.
It was the Lovely Lace Embossing Folder that caught my eye that co-ordinates so well with this Hello Darling stamp set so, of course, you need to buy the combo, right?
This was the second attempt at this card. I made the first one with the embossed layer attached to the base card stock with dimensionals but it looked flimsy. It is significantly better when you attach the embossed piece of card stock to another piece of card stock to give it some body before adhering it to the card base. Dimensionals were adhered to the layered piece before attaching it to the card base.
The circle image was stamped with Memento black ink twice. The bottom circle was punched using the 1 3/4″ Circle punch and the top layer was punched with the 1 1/4″ Circle punch and added to the centre with a dimensional.
After adding the 5/8″ Organza ribbon and bow to the card, it looked like a wedding card so I added the newlywed sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes.
I love this Something for Baby set! Just in time to make a Father’s Day card using the sweet little tie stamp and cutting it out with the co-ordinating Baby’s First Framelits.
The Basic Black card stock is cut 4 1/4″ x 11″ and scored at 5 1/2″ with the focal images adhered in the landscape position. The first layer is a piece from the Moonlight Paper Stack. The focal image is a piece of Whisper White first embossed with the Stylish Stripes embossing folder and layered onto a piece of Basic Black. The ties are stamped with Hello Honey and cut out with the Baby’s First framelits. They are attached to the front panel with dimensionals. The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes stamped with Hello Honey and punched with the Word Window Punch and layered onto a piece Hello Honey card stock punched using the Modern Label Punch and added to the card with dimensionals.
The Something for Baby stamp set and Baby’s First Framelits are bundled for a 15% savings.

Here are the latest deals for the week of June 10 to June 16.
I have only made two cards with this set since receiving it at the premiere in April. I wanted to keep the set “fresh” until the catalogue came out and kept the samples using this set at a minimum.
When I made these cards for my Open House make and take, I felt like an artist with a beret perched jauntily on my head , a palette of paint in one hand and a brush in the other as I stamped the swooshes onto the card stock. I even applied the stamp with a flourish, removing it with a swipe off the card stock – lol! It was a very carefree card to make. Absolutely love the set as you can be so creative with it.
I love the combination of two of the new In Colors – Blackberry Bliss and Hello Honey.
And I have to say Mossy Meadow is growing on me. This one is paired with Pistachio Pudding.
I am introducing a Customer Loyalty Reward Program this month. I appreciate you ordering from me and I would like to give back to my loyal customers. Collect butterflies to earn your reward! Click HERE to download my Customer Loyalty Reward form.
I love my Blendabilities! It is so relaxing to sit down and work on a card and just “color”! Today’s card uses the Coastal Cabana Blendabilities, Flower Shop, Petite Petals and Million & One stamp sets.
I stamped a flower from Flower Shop in the lower left hand corner and then stamped several of the flowers from Petite Petals on Whisper White, applied the color with the Coastal Cabana and Daffodil Delight Blendabilities and punched them out with the co-ordinating punch Petite Petals Punch. What fun it was to color them in with the Coastal Cabana and Daffodil Delight Blendabilities. The Petite Petals flowers are adhered to the card with dimensionals and the leaves in black are punched using the Bird punch.

Here’s their sketch.
And this is my submission.
Using the new In Colors of Blackberry Bliss and Hello Honey, what a great combination of color. Also used the Moonlight Designer Series Paper Stack for the background. Here are the products used to make this card.
