A case that is not a case.   I've borrowed this adorable set, Charming (p. 136, #116519, $24.95 WM; #125829, $17.95 CM) from Alannah and have had it for months – should really return it to her but she hasn't asked for it back yet!

I love everything in the set from the delicate flower, to the truncated script and the lovely frame.  After going through the new catalogue, I particularly liked the sample card on page 136 and thought I would case it.   Somehow my "case" turned out quite different – lol

The base card stock is one of the new In Colors for this year – Wisteria Wonder.  I love the softness of the color and is a welcomed addition to the various shades of "purple".

Cut a piece of Pretty in Pink 5 1/4" x 4" and place in the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder (p. 219, #117335, $9.95) and roll through the Big Shot and layer onto the Wisteria Wonder card base.

The script is stamped in Black Craft ink and embossed with Black Embossing Powder on a piece of Whisper White 4" x 3 1/4" then placed in the Square Lattice Embossing Folder (p. 218, #119976, $9.95) and rolled through the Big Shot.  I used the 1 3/4" Circle Punch (p. 212, #119850, $22.95) and punch a circle on the right side of the Whisper White and then used the Scallop Trim Border Punch (p. 211, #118402, $20.95) on the left hand side of the Whisper White piece.

Using the Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch (p. 211, #122464, $30.95), punch out pieces using Pretty in Pink (position 1), Daffodil Delight (position 2) and Wisteria Wonder (postion 3) and adhere them together using the Multpurpose Liquidi Glue (this is fabulous for the small edges and sticks so well!) (p. 206, #110755,$5.25).  A pearl is added to the centre.

Place a strip of 1/8"  Pretty in Pink Taffeta Ribbon (now retired) over the centre of the circle and then pop up the flower in the middle of the circle with a dimensional.
