Had fun making up this little box filled with Halloween treats. Actually not sure if I had more fun going to the supermarket and going through all their bulk candies – emphasis on Halloween right now. On Monday when I bought the candy corn, I also bought some gummy spiders – yum! They're all gone now.
Yesterday I went through their bins and got these treats to fill the box made from the Box 2 die – as you will see below from the semi-side view – it's bulging a bit because it's filled with treats – lol.
I cut two of the Box 2's and placed them back to back and secured them with Sticky Strip. Use the Large Oval punch to punch the opening for the handle. The sides are decorated with the Wicked Fun Specialty DSP (p. 172, #117400, $14.95). The front embellishment is from Batty for You (p. 25, #116576, $29.95) layered onto Old Olive cardstock and a Pumpkin Pie Scallop Circle and popped on with dimensionals. Tie a bow with 5/8" Old Olive grosgrain ribbon to complete the box.
Here's a semi side view with the bulging box – lol. That's how I felt after eating all those gummy spiders.
Thanks for stopping by and happy stamping – you can purchase any of the products used to make this box right here!
Wow! I like this halloween treats its perfect for this coming holiday, love it.
