It has been a long while since I used the Fresh Cut notes so I thought I'd try a bit of dry embossing on it and used the Finial Press embossing folder for this card.

I ran the front of the note through the Big Shot with the embossing folder and punched a piece of black cardstock with the 5 Petal Punch and placed it behind the five points of the card after removing the petals then placed a small pink corduroy brad through the centre.  I added the black ribbed ribbon from a retired ribbon originals pack at the top folding it over the back.  A piece of Pink Pirouette cardstock cut 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" is then adhered to the back of the front of the card and covers the ribbon ends and the prongs from the brad. A tuxedo (not sure if that's the name) bow on the ribbon completes the card.
