This weekend is club weekend and at our session yesterday, Kathleen treated us to this scrumptious tweet - treat - yum-o!!
She had won a gift certificate donated from Culinary Capers for the Staff Appreciation event at her workplace and generously shared her prize with us - how lucky we are. The cake was provided by www.culinarycapers.ca who is, in my opinion, the foremost catering company in Vancouver. As an event planner, I have used their services at many of my functions and they are the absolute best, winning many international awards. It's a raspberry lemon three tier cake decorated with the most delicious vanilla icing, beautiful fresh baby orchids, roses and other gorgeous flowers.
At our club sessions, the hostess for the month brings treats and we gather around to enjoy the treats after the stamping is done. Kathleen's hostess month isn't until January, but she wanted to bring something for the Saturday session and we will still have lots for Sunday's session. Here's Kathleen with her prize!
Ah yes, you can tell it's a stamper's house - even though the picture was taken in the dining room - you can see that I have cards all over my house - in my craft room, office and even in our dining room - lol.
This is one of the cards we made using the Twick or Tweet stamp set.
